Underwood & Co in switch to Pilgrim

London firm Underwood & Co has selected LawSoft from Pilgrim Systems as its next generation Practice Management System.
Having decided to migrate from its existing Axxia system, the firm embarked on a thorough review of the legal IT marketplace. It engaged a third party consultant to assist in this process and after assessing the capabilities of many specialist suppliers, the firm opted for Pilgrim. The firm has also opted to retire its Docs Open system to get the benefits of LawSoft’s fully integrated Document Management capability. Read more...




Eclipse bucks the trend… more clients, more staff, more space!

Leading legal software specialist, Eclipse Legal Systems, has announced a surge of growth despite tough economic conditions. The firm has revealed the following headlines:
In the first quarter of 2009, a total of 23 new practices chose Eclipse’s Proclaim case and practice management solutions. The firms range from new startups (for example, Richardsons Solicitors, based in Hemel Hempstead) through to established high-street practices (for example, Kingswell Watts (West Yorkshire), taking Proclaim for its Personal Injury department, and Brady Solicitors (Nottingham) taking the Proclaim debt recovery solution).
