
New City firm Cooke, Young & Keidan LLP has wasted no time in implementing SOS Connect from Bath-based Solicitors Own Software as the low-risk option to fuel its fast growth ambitions. Specialising in high value, bespoke, dispute resolution (including both litigation and arbitration) for blue chip clients with an emphasis on financial services, the insurance sector, major global companies and the maritime industry, Cooke, Young & Keidan LLP spun-off from Masseys LLP at the beginning of January this year.
SOS Connect was installed and running just two days after the IT systems and network were installed and within three weeks of the firm starting. “Our cases are highly individual and we need accurate time-recording, high quality presentation of bills for our sophisticated clients, and an efficient, back office operation which is flexible and quick to adapt.
