Tuesday's LITP update: new poll, legal IT news and 3 new vacancies

New poll: Risk management and the financial crisis

Last week I visited the Legal Technology Awards in London. After some conversations with legal IT staff, I had the impression that in the current financial climate, Law Firm Management is more willing to take risks if it can save them money. Where Law Firm decision makers would not take any risk at all before the financial crisis, some risk managers notice some change.

More firms select SOS Connect
Yet more law firms have chosen SOS Connect at the start of 2009 as the software best equipped to support their business development plans now and in the future.
Toller Beattie LLP, a progressive 6-partner firm in Barnstaple is in the process of rolling out SOS Connect to its staff for integrated practice and case management/workflow. The first phase is live with a further roll-out by department to continue across the firm. Read more...
